David S. Henshaw
Attorney
David S. Henshaw provides an analytical and sophisticated approach to every bankruptcy client and case before him. He brings a background of strategy and organization to his approach to the law. David grew up in San Jose, where he attended Leigh High School. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Fullerton. Before entering law school, David obtained a MBA from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.
David served as a judicial extern for Judge Robert O'Farrell in the Monterey County Superior Court between his first and second year of law school. David graduated with Distinction from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with a Certificate in International Legal Studies. At McGeorge, David was a Staff Writer for the McGeorge Global Business & Development Law Journal. David is licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California, as well as the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Federal Districts and Bankruptcy Courts.
David has counseled hundreds of bankruptcy clients in the Bay Area. He has also litigated many adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, in addition to numerous cases in California State courts.

Amy J. Walls
Attorney
Amy was born in San Jose and attended San Benito High School in Hollister, California. She studied history and political science at Santa Clara University, where she earned a Bachelors of Arts and a Bachelors of Science.
Amy attended Santa Clara University School of Law and was a Comments Editor on the Santa Clara Law Review. In law school, Amy worked as a Research Assistant at the Northern California Innocence Project, where she worked on cases of prisoners claiming actual innocence and wrongful conviction. She also interned Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center, where she assisted indigent clients with their consumer law issues.
Prior to joining the Henshaw Law Office, Amy worked as a volunteer law clerk for the Honorable Arthur Weissbrodt in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division. As a clerk, Amy researched and drafted proposed decisions on motions filed in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

Jeffrey W. Bang
Law Clerk
Jeffrey Bang was born and raised in the Bay Area. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2008. For the next two years, he worked as the Contracts Manager for a mid-sized technology firm in Silicon Valley, where he gained experience in transactional law in a corporate setting.
In 2010, Jeffrey enrolled in the law school at Santa Clara University. His expected graduation date is spring 2013. Jeffrey is involved in numerous leadership activities at SCU Law, including his positions as president of the Korean-American Law Students Association and vice-president of the Vietnamese-American Law Students. He also obtained valuable litigation experience while interning with the Santa Clara County Superior Court, where he performed legal research, drafted legal memorandums and orders, and observed numerous litigation proceedings.
Outside of the office and library, Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his friends and family. His free-time is often spent either playing or watching sports, including football, basketball, and golf. He considers himself a fantasy football guru and loyal Cal Bear.

Michelle McDonald
Administrative Assistant
Michelle earned a degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Policy and Law from Brigham Young University. She has worked for many years as a research and executive assistant at various academic institutions. Michelle is usually the first point of contact at Henshaw Law Office and is happy to help with any and all questions.
Michelle also spent 18 months as a service volunteer in Spain, and is fluent in Spanish. She loves racquetball and spending time with her husband.

Office Manager
Kate Henshaw handles the operations at the Henshaw Law Office. Kate has worked in various administrative levels for the homebuilder Lennar Homes, a dental office in Folsom, California, and care homes for adults with mental disabilities. She received a Bachelors Degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
With the Henshaw Law Office, Kate ensures that all of the office tasks are done in a swift and efficient manner. In her spare time, Kate is an avid runner and reader.
